Iowan Mers?

Hello! I saw below that there is indeed a thread looking for Iowan Mers. I was wondering if there were any mers out there wanting to meet eventually. It is a little chilly at the moment but, maybe a meet up at one of the lakes in Des Moines might be arranged for those wanting to do so? In the summer area or even if meeting at a pool would be something people were interested in. Perhaps a group could be formed and thus another great community of individuals.
