Hello!

I'm Luna and I'm new to the mer community, but I'm super excited to be here. I've been interested in merfolk since I was a little girl, but I learned that I'm not a regular mermaid and I'm actually a selkie! Mermaid Wesley is making me a selkie tail, and I can't wait until it gets here!

I live in Wisconsin, so I'm quite the cold water seal, and I hope that I can find some of us around me, especially in the Milwaukee area.

I'm glad that Sabrina and Jon are both in the Great Lakes pod as well! I'm from the Milwaukee area, but I have family in Indiana and Michigan, so I could travel for meets!
Merpixie I wish I was in Denver! Can you use a tail in the hot springs? I was in Colorado Springs a long time ago and it was a blast. I assume heat resistance depends on a tail...

Definitely depends on the tail. Latex is a no, silicone is okay, and fabric should only be entered sparingly as spandex tends to loose its stretch when exposed to temperature - you know how a swimsuit will start sagging.
