36163361643616536166 My name is Merman Christian! My tail is referred to as 'Chesapeake' due to that I'm from Maryland and grew up on the Chesapeake Bay. The tail is made by Finfolk Productions and is based off of the Disney film, 'THE THIRTEENTH YEAR' and also is a concept created by myself and Mermaid Kailani back in fall of 2014.

This is Sarabi! (It means 'mirage' in Swahili.) She was made by Finfolk Productions and is based off of my own design. I wanted something reminiscent of a tribal sunset.

Mine doesn't have a name yet. Is there a word for that convoluted path of the artistic process where you just keep plugging away and the end product isn't anything like what you envisioned, but something new and wonderful all the same? It's not quite "serendipity," but it's close...
