Lions paw bra , how to/help

So I have looked through threads and havent really found anything that really helps. so I want to hear your thoughts, ideas and tips if you have any that would help me and others.

I have a strapless bra I am going to use as my base. I have a general idea of what I want the bra itself to look like. But my question is as followed.

1. How do I attack the lions paw shells to the bra itself ?

2. How do you wash the bra after use in water?? do you not wash it at all , do you hand wash it with gentel unscented soap rinse and air dry, or do you just rinse and air dry. Now keep in mind the shells and all the things I put on it will be permanent so they will be handled in the wash as well. As careful as possible of course.

3. Should I just use e6000 to attach everything? I am putting netting and greenery on the bra as well as shells. there is the idea of what I am wanting to do. well a few of them

**NOTE**

NONE of these are Mine, I do not clam them to Be mine, I am just using them as a reference to make one similar to them. it is just to show you what I want to do.

e6000 would work to attach the shells to the bra cups, just clamp them down with a bunch of mini clamps and let it dry as long as you can or as long as the directions says.
As for washing most just soak/rinse the bras in a warm water.
e6000 is the way to go for making shell tops along with glueing greenery and fishing net to them as well.
Edit: these types of clamps, I don't know how to describe them other than mini clamps found in hardware stores.
