Top for a merling

I need ideas for a top for a mini mermaid!
I'm making a top for my little sister (11 years old) and I'm wondering if anymer has any ideas for me. She wants something with starfish and I want to make sure it's modest. I had thought perhaps 3 starfish across the front. Any ideas for tops for merlings? Please share :)

ouh-ouh: what if, a biig floppy starfish (maybe even like more then 5 arms) wraps around from the front, and its arms reach at the sides and over the shuldres/neck and meets at the back^^

Here are some tops I made for my daughter (for photo shoots) last year. She is 10, but small for her age, but I think I would make them a bit bigger for someone who is 11.

Those are all so pretty! My sister is tiny for her age too so would likely be a similar size.
I do however think I'd like to make it myself :)

I am not selling these..LOL...I was posting as examples for you LOL, Just start with a sturdy base, whatever you choose. Add shells and greenery and you are all set. Tops are pretty easy to make. Good luck :)
