Spray guns - HELP!!!!

Alright so searching through MerNetwork and Smooth On's YouTube page has done nothing!

I'm asking for any information regarding spray guns, air pressure, nossel tip sizes, ect for spraying silicone.

I'm thinking of going for a basic gun like this.

Smooth on came out with some high end silicone spray gun and the video said to use around 30 to 40 PSI for the air pressure

But no where is telling me tip sizes.

I've been looking for this information forever but have never been able to find specific recommendations like brands, models or spray sizes. I hope you find something :)

I've never sprayed silicone with a gun but my guess is go with the largest fluid nozzle you can find. I'd go to harbor freight to get one of their siphon feed touch up guns simply because the idea of running silicone through one of my expensive Iwata guns worries me. I've actually used the harbor freight guns in the past with high build primer with pretty good success and that stuff is fairly thick. As for pressure, my guess is about 40 psi and do your fine tuning with the gun itself. Past that do a little experimentation with the pressure and find what works best with the least amount of overspray. I know on here somewhere there is a thread about airbrushing with silicone in the tail making section that talks that may help but I can't remember.
