Hello Mermaids and Mermans,
i´m new here and come from Kaiserslautern, Germany (I apologize therefore in advance for my bad English).
I have buy a tail from another merman and need some adjustments on my tail to make it tighter on the waist.
The tail is made out of silicone and a thin layer neoprene on the inside.
The previous owner of this tail has changed the waist with a corsage on the back. I would like to make it disappear and move it to the sides. For the back I have some scales to stick it in but I do not know how it holds or how to strengthen it so that it does not tear. Would it perhaps hold even if I would glue some neoprene under the scales?
Have anyone any experience with changes like that and can give me some tips? I havn´t much experience with silicone...
