this is a link to a monofin company who, in my opinion, has some amazing fins. I am 54. I have MS. I want to start swimming with this fin for two reasons. One..I have a fixation with wanting to be a mermaid. Two... I want to work on my core and stregthen muscle tone. My question to you, more experienced Mers, is ..how can I get this fin ( I live in CA)without paying 100 in shipping??? Thank you, Lisa

I really want to buy it from a company in the US if possible for return purposes. The fit has to be right. I really want that Hydra fin

I saw some on Amazon (not with the SoDive name, but using those pictures) but they're charging $400 for them.

Ultimately you will review this monofin, Jaffa. Your reviews are always very objective and informative.

Haha! Nice try Suzanne!

I won't be reviewing anymore monofins, as I've got two that works perfectly for me. A Finis Foil and a Sun Tail Nunui.

May change in another 2-5 years, we'll see how it goes.

Darn! My little ruse didn't work! :-) I'm saving my pennies for a Foil now. Right now I am biding my time with bi-fins, but putting in the necessary distances and repeats to keep my core nice and tight.
