Even though I'm from Florida. In late March or April, one of my friend is sending me to Chattanooga to see my best friend from VT who moved near her for a hang out. I hope you enjoy your time there in Tennessee! It's a beautiful place! I would normally highly recommend visiting the Smoky Mountains, but it recently had a wildfire around Gatlinburg. :cry::cry::cry:That would make me too sad to go and see the damage. :cry:So maybe this time I'll moderately recommend the Smokies hahaha.
That would had been nice. I wont be able to to visit Gatlinburg. For one night though, I will be in Clarksville but my sister won't know I'm coming :cool: That actually gives me an idea. We need a pod meetup in Clarksville. My sister thinks I'm afraid of water (I lead her to believe that) O:-) and she crazy with the Little Mermaid. We can actually blow her mind in two ways. The last thing she would expect is me being a merman and the shock of mermaids in her area :D I think I just made myself excited. Anyone interested is making this happen? I know I can convince any pool place to be merfriendly.

I sent the friend request and it says it's pending. The trick to get the spacebar to work everytime on Mernetwork is to type before the first quote. It never seems to work if you type after the quotes. I'm hoping someone would be able to make it. It would be awkward if I was the only one in the water. There time to plan and I do really wish you could make it but I know your too far. We can always meetup sooner or later. Hopefuly I can go to Mermania next year. :)

There are swim spots out towards Nashville I've been wanting to check out. There's also sycamore falls that's a good place for photoshoots

it's a bit of a walk though. Think it was a mile to hit all three of the falls on the loop trail, but it's a tight trail with lots of ruts so I wouldn't recommend anything heavier than a sequin tail.

I don't have a tail yet, i'm still trying to find the perfect first tail to purchase. But a mile hike isn't all that bad. The only place i have nearby to actually hike is a really really tight trail.

Don't have to have a tail to swim! I've got monofins and my friends have monofins you can try or heck if you're even close to my size or someone else's i'm sure they won't mind you trying a tail on to see how it swims

I am so grateful to find a pool in columbia that allows me to swim in my monofin, and I ended up purchasing a Mertailor cover for it. The pool accepted the covering as well once I showed them how easy it was to get out of. I am hoping to take a picture in it later on, after I modify the cover a bit. Hope everyone is doing alright with the big storm that hit this week.

I know that the muletown rec center in columbia allows monofins and fabric covers, I have yet to ask about silicone tails as it may be a bit more of a touchy subject. They do have lifeguards as well as an indoor and outdoor pool, and foam boards.
