Coloring a Tail Design

Ok, so I have drawn up my tail, but I am NOT good with coloring, gradiations, or anything like that. (My drawing of it consisted of taking a picture, printing it, and tracing it.) Is there a website, or app or something that someone could suggest to help me? I know the colors I want, I just..... need help. I feel like my brains have been replaced with kelp and barnacles.
