First silicone tail

Hey guys.... I'll be sharing the progress of my first silicone tail ever, this tail is also part of my final thesis so hopefully everything will went well
Any feedback and tips will be more than welcome
The silicone is already on the way and I'm hoping to buy my monofin tomorrow


for the designs... I'm still not sure which one but probably one of these 3:

For the monofin I'm still not sure... I'm going out today around the city to see if I find it somwhere
if I don't find anything I'm gonna buy the monofins foil that I found in a brazilian site from bahia (so it will take only 5 days to arrive). It's a monofins foil



also, a question about scales?
How big do you guys make your scales? And how thick it has to be? :$

There are plenty of resources on Mernetwork that answer your questions...it's just a matter of doing some research! Scale size is a matter of preference. Dancing Fish made some awesome large scales for her tail, I use up to seven sizes in my tails and some folks use the same size overall, typically 1" circles cut from craft foam.
