Nc merfest and mermania

I was snooping on Facebook and saw a post from last year saying that nc merfest would be this September but no dates as to when.
i also saw a little while back that mermania would be in January the last week of it can rember exact dates can anyone confirm this or deny it?
I would love some clarification please

Unfortunately I'm not too clear on the details of Merfest, only that it's going to be a smaller more retreat-like event this year.
