What a great color palette! :) it's looking great so far. I wouldn't worry about the drips. When the tail's wet they just look like more water droplets. But trying to shave them off could make the more noticeable.

I'm sorry I can't be much help for you - thoguht Jaffa's idea is great! - but I just wanted to say your scales look breathtaking! So vibrant yet so realistic! A perfect mix :) Keep up with this it's gonna be so worth it!

Well done on the scales, woo wee lot of work to make it individual scales, it's lovely. I agree with Dancing Fish about shaving it, it looks natural now and Jaffa have a nice Idea to use decorations on it. Can't wait to see it when it's done.

Merman Sean- I thought my husband had made an account and posted- he joked about doing that only two days ago- his name is Sean, and he spent a summer playing rugby in South Africa- what are the odds????
