Can Other Monofins Fit the Mertailor Eco Tails?

I have a finfun mermaid tail and monofin, but I want to get a mertailor tail. Does the tailskin fit over other monofins or do I need to get the one that comes with it?

Fin Fun monofin won't fit into Mertailor tails because it is a different shape. The only way I can see it will fit, is if you sew on extra fabric or fringe onto both tail skins.

I don't have the Finis Aquarius monofin, that's what Mertailor uses for his fabric tails, so I'm not sure if it'll fit into the Fin Fun skins.

Thanks! I was just wondering. I have college to pay for so I was just going to get the tailskin to save money, but I'll wait so I can get the monofin as well! :)
