Ordered and then altered a delfina. Now too short! What to do? Also monofin doesn't r

Hello!

So I ordered a delfina tail and then let it be altered by a seamstress because it was waaay to long. Now it is too short. What should I do?

The monofin also has only two holes and when you put your feet in you get them on the plexiglass together and nothing else. There is basically NO hold whatsoever. What is there to do?

Did you alter the tail skin at the waist, if so, can you undo the waist and have it back to normal. Or did the seamstress cut off the excess?

As for the monofin, you can glue on swim flippers on the polycarbonate.

The only way I can think of to get that length back, is to sew on extra fabric at the waist.

What would be too thick? The fin? Or tail?

Make sure that you get the flippers that have a short blade, and that its flat on the back with no ridges. Otherwise its a pain in the fins, to trim off the excess bits of rubber as they're quite thick, and even the sharpest pair of scissors have trouble cutting it.
