Really worried!!!

I paid in full for my tail in November last year. I did miss a payment which put me at the back of the que.. I was assured it would be started in May, then changed to June and then changed to when she recieves more neoprene. i have sent messeges and had no reply.. i don't know what to do or who to turn to. She is a lovely person and i'm not trying to slate this person in anyway.. i just want my baby :-(

What can i do?

It frustrates me so much when people do this :mad: As someone who makes and sells my own stuff, it is just poor business ownership if you completely ignore people. It isn't hard to acknowledge someone's email, even if you just say 'thanks for checking in, I will update you more shortly.' It literally takes 3 seconds to write and assures your client you aren't ignoring them.

I know what you mean, i feel the same. I really hope it works out too, all i want is to know when its been started and updates on how it looks. I'm hoping it's everything i wanted. It would truely break my heart if it isn't and i have scrimped and saved my butt off for this tail.

Do what you can to contact her. If you know people around her, ask them for help. If you don't want to wait and depending how far she has gotten on the tail, demand a refund and/or threaten to cancel the commission and go elsewhere. This is what I have done as a furry when I have had this situation with art and fursuits. It has all ended well and I got either my money or my item, just took time. But some people do have actual problems. My 1st fursuit took over a yr because the maker was moving all over the place. I lost contact several times. But I got it, and it was so worth the wait as it is absolutely beautiful for the price.

You can try small claims court too. There have been furries who have done this over fursuits and won
