Well this should be interesting! I have decided to begin making my own silicone tail as I now have the money to start the project. It will be a very slow moving process, but it shall be done! So far it has really just been sketches and working on a scale sheet. Instead of using a circular scale shape, I am using ovals. I haven't seen anybody try that, and I am curious to see how the wider scales look. As for for tail designs, I want it to almost look like a flower. I have been playing around with the idea of "petals" for a fluke. Does anybody have some helpful pictures that might.. inspire the creativity, so to speak? Lol. Also I did not mean to put it in the wrong section. I have absolutely NO idea how I did that.

this is a rough drawing of the fluke i would like. My only worry is that it goes so high up on the sides. It has no support, nothing to keep it rigid.
