Positive Mermen role models?

Hey all! Im new here but have worked with mermaids and fairies in the past. All but one of them is female, and the male merman is not a professional nor does he have a fan page. My son is really into mermaids and mermen right now and I would love to show him that there are plenty of mermen in the sea! Unfortunately, when I google search mermen the pictures are of mertailor or drawings or kind of over sexualized situations. So I'm hoping you all could point us to your favorite mermen's social media pages? Thank so much.

Merman Christian is part of our very own Chesapeake Pod, and he's awesome! He's also got quite the following. I don't think any of his work is sexualized.

There are a lot of really cool mermen around. (Though I do agree, it does seem hard sometimes to find us in a sea of mermaids, haha)

Merman Minerals (https://www.facebook.com/Merman-Minerals-117515955025498/?ref=br_rs) has a merman of the month contest, so you can usually drop by their page and find some pretty cool mermen. There's also, of course, the aforementioned Merman Christian (https://www.facebook.com/mermanchristian/?ref=br_rs).

I don't personally follow a lot of social media pages (bad me), but searching for "merman" on Facebook is giving me a pretty decent spread of results. Like Merman Arion (https://www.facebook.com/Merman.Arion/?ref=br_rs) and a lot of others. There's also this thread (http://mernetwork.com/index/showthread.php?4897-REVISED-Facebook-Fan-Pages-as-of-04-23-2013), which is a pretty complete list of mer-related facebook fan pages out there.

There are so many amazing mermen in the community!!

Merman Christian, although I have never met him personally, I hear so many wonderful things about him! he does a lot to try and "normalize" mermen. He seems like a really really sweet guy.

Merman Arion, Even though he is in Paris, Arion is so supportive of so many mers in the community! He is a great role model for any merman, or anyone with disabilities and self doubt. Such a sweetie. love him to pieces!

Merman Amor, I just recently met merman Amor, but he is so comfortable in his own skin and doing his own thing!
