Freediver Marina Kazankova does a mermaid swim

Marina Kazankova is a well known Russian freediver who has set several national records and a world record. According to the video's title this was an attempt to set some sort of Guiness Book of Records title. The quality of the video is low, but I thought you mers might like to see it, because she swims a huge distance on a single breath in her tail.

What, exactly, is she wearing? It looks like a tail skin over her legs, but the monofin is just a monofin, with no mermaid styling. Is this the new standard for free divers? A skin over the legs for streamlining?

If so, its an interesting option for mers as well. A skin down to the foot pockets, but the foot pockets and monofin are not covered, just painted. If you want ribs or other styling on your monofin, its built directly into the fin, rather than an add-on to a base monofin. The issue is to make it look seamless.
