I'm new Here-be kind. Although this isn't professional enough for you guys, I thought if someone is just starting out or if you know someone, this could be of use. That is how I stumbled across this site, I was looking for something like this.
SO.... This does not float. It is just a prop but large enough to sit in. Appx 39" x 37" (x 7.5"deep)
I'm in Phoenix, Arizona and don't want to ship; which I know limits things. I'm asking $250- but let me know if I'm way off here. I had a hard time finding something that wasn't $800+. It is 2 pieces and lightweight so it is easy to travel with, put together and disassemble.
(I'm uploading a pic and hope I'm doing it correctly)

Man I so love that! I wish I was near you that I could take advantage. Hope you find a seller. Have you asked the Utah merfolk, or the Salt Lake City pod? It's a drive, but they have a big group. Also, isn't Moon mermaid near you? Or odette?

If you shipped I would be on that in a heartbeat! 😍

I couldn't see the picture from my phone, but can on a a computer. If you already tried that and still can't see it, let me know how I can send you a picture directly.
Thanks!

Moon is a friend of mine, she already has a HUGE one,but let me ask her if she want's another one. She's in Phoenix,so she can pick it up...IF she wants it :) She's super busy at the Scottsdale Princess Mermaid School so it might take a few days to get back to you! :)

The Utah Mermaids might be interested. I'm their social media marketer, I'll ask them.

Thanks guys- here are some more pics and this other shell "sign" piece can be included as well if wanted. I plan on repainting it as I noticed when taking pics today where I used one type of paint, it flecked off.

Just please excuse my craft room -DISASTER area!!

I don't have plans to make others but I certainly could. Sorry about not shipping- maybe I am not looking into the pricing correctly but size-wise it was crazy expensive. If I'm wrong let me know.
BTW- I love creeping on all your awesome posts and work.

Moon doesn't need it,so you can take her off the list. Good luck!! :)

Is it still for sale? I'm not in Arizona, but I have some close friends who might be able to pick it up for me. :)

Hi SteampunkMermaid01- I have another one of these available. Just like the one pictured but could use a new paint job- the paint was done quickly for a friend and I didn't use the plastic paint stuff so there is some flaking on it. I do have someone who was supposed to be getting back with me after Xmas that said she wanted it but I have not heard back from her.
If you are interested, can have it picked up soon and due to the paint job, you can have it for $100

Let me see if I can't get a hold of someone down there and I'll get back to you. :)

Hello. I found this by doing a google search. I'm trying to fix a stage prop for my 10 yr old daughters solo to A Part of Your World. I have the exact same shells but can't figure out how to connect them so that they stand up/open like a clam.
Any ideas would be great. I have 4 in order to make 2 clams. They will sit on either side of the stage towards the front.

Hello Fawn,
If and when you get your answer, and after your daughter STEALS THE SHOW, if you look to sell them, I would be interested in buying them. Let me know if you do sell them, your asking price, and the location.

Is the back ridge of the shells large enough to install a few cabinet door hinges? Say four or five for sturdiness?

I would screw them to wood, that way there's no chance of it closing on the little one.

Oh, I didn't think about that [emoji33]
