Finis mermaid foot pockets too big!

Hey MerNetwork :)

I'm back again!! I had a young girl and her mother buy a tail from me, I fit everything to her size, being 6 and tiny I found the smallest fin I could (other than fin fun) but the foot pockets are way too big! Even with the straps being super tight, her feet slide out.
I know people have tried booty socks or water shoes but she has like 3-4 inches that needs to be filled.
Has anyone tried putting some silicone boobs on the inside? Or something like adding ankle holders?
Any thoughts or ideas please!!!!!!!

Thicker neoprene socks, or multiple pairs of neoprene socks can work. That's what I use. I'm typically a size 6.5 but sometimes can wear down to a size 5 in some things. My monofin was made for sizes 7.5-9. I have two pairs I wear when I wear mytail, one is a 1mm neoprene, and I think the other is either a 1.5 or 2mm. Fills out and makes it fit perfect.

The gap you're talking about is a lot bigger than 1.5 inches, so I would recommend water shoes. Water shoes have soles on them, where as neoprene socks or booties would not. That will help make up a lot of the space difference.

Other than that, I wouldn't recommend silicone bra inserts, they're too fragile for something like that. You could advise them to pad the inside of the foot pocket with layers of neoprene (thick stuff, like 5mm) to scale down the front and side of foot pockets. It might take a few layers, and you'd need strong glue like Seal Cement (Neoprene Contact Adhesive) or maybe E6000 could work.
