Creation Sirene Tail For sale

Hello Mer Community!
I'm currently in France and I've been accepted into a really prestigious theater program in Paris. It's really exciting!
But I don't have a lot of cash at the moment so I'm getting rid of things that I don't really need.
I had this mermaid tail made for me a few months ago and while it's brought me a lot of joy I'm ready to part ways with it to use the $ for school.
It's all black with lots of glitter and hella fab. It's a 100% silicone, too, weighing about 30lbs. The fluke is huge and gorgeous! I am 5', size 5 shoe and normally weigh $100lbs. It fits a size 2-4, shoe size 5-7 US, for a woman 5'4" and under. I've let a couple of other ladies try it on who were in that general size range and it all fit them quite well. I paid $1800 USD for it but I'm willing to let it go for $1k firm. (plus cost of shipping from France, expect it to be around a hundred bucks to USA)

This tail maker has a bad reputation. There's a few threads on here.

Madalena, I am really sorry I don't want to make it harder for you to sell your tails, but I think it's important that people look up the very bad reviews about this tail maker before deciding to pay so much money.

The tail listed in the thread is a latex tail and the post is three years old. The quality of my tail is nothing like described in the thread and I have had a good experience with her.
I love it and would keep it, I'm selling it not due to the quality but for other life circumstances :)

The thread is actually ongoing more people joined it and posted more recent tails. There have also been some youtube videos and Fb posts as well recently.

But i am glad to hear that you had a good experience. it's not meant to be a bad reflection on you. I think you're the only person on the forum so far to have a positive experience, which I why I encourage people to really get all the info. For some people, they don't mind taking a chance if you had a good experience. but better to be informed I think with this tail maker.

Is there any damage to the tail or any wear and tear on it from past performance use? What kind of monofin is inside? The glitter effect, is that IN the silicone or painted ON? I worry about it fading or chipping.

I'll state here that while tailmakers have produced sketchy product, they also produce good products. I myself dealt with a tail that fell apart and I put up an honest, slightly bashing review. The tailmaker did go on to fix the mistakes that happened with my tail and so far as i know has produced at least one properly functioning tail since. I remember Sirene having some pretty nasty reviews and issues, but have not been active in the online community in a while for personal reasons so cannot attest to the current issues of Sirene. The tail seems relatively sound in the videos and the mermaid attempting to sell this tail may have bought it from a relatively unreliable company but if she says that it functions well, I am inclined to believe she was one of the lucky customers who got the quality tail they paid for.
