Equalizing while wearing silicone ear plugs?

Hi guys! So I've been wondering if it's safe to equalize your ears while wearing those moldable silicone ear plugs? I have the plugs and love them! I also know how to equalize but I can't find any information online on whether it's safe to do while wearing them so I haven't tried yet.

Same thing I said in the other thread, my ear specialist says no and I trust him lol. If you have to wear ear plugs get VENTED ones like these https://www.proplugs.com/
