Where to Mermaid?

Hey everyone!
Wanted to start a post to brainstorm on where to do some big mermaid gigs ! Where we can all join in !
Any ideas?

I contacted the Virginia Renaissance fair and they said they don't deal with our "kind" because they focus on real characters not fantasy things. >.> how rude!:mad:

No mermaids at the Carolina Renaissance Festival (http://www.carolina.renfestinfo.com) either, though Twig the Fairy is there. Folks have been trying to get mermaids there for years.

I know this post is old, but here in Stuart Va they have the Stuart fairy festival. Maybe that could be a possibility?
