I have started a vlog series! This one is just a recap of the things I have been doing in my mer-career. It's not tutorials or community recaps like the other ones, just explaining what's up with us :) If you're curious!

My new series is intended to show the behind the scenes of what goes into being a full time mermaid.

In my first video I talk about:

-Some local bookings I've done including a local convention
-A look at some new Merbella's gear I've acquired for the company!

Thank you so much for sharing your story about getting cast for a commercial. This morning I went to a mock job interview to get critiqued on what I am doing right and wrong. Even though it was fake I was really nervous and I kept having problems happen like the brake light came on in my car on my way there, etc. Afterward I felt kinda down. It is really inspiring to hear all of the problems you had and how you solved them as they arose and you still managed to keep your cool - so much so that you let your personality/interests shine through and because of all that you might be getting a documentary. That is so awesome and inspiring!

Thanks Alea! Mock interviews are GREAT for helping you hone your skills! I use to do them with a mentor to help me prepare for news interviews. But even though they're mock they can be stressful!
