Playing with mermaid names today. Nerenia was nice when I was a blue mermaid. But with a new tail comes a new name. Been thinking about my new tail a ton today. Im on day 196 since ordering, not even started to sweat yet, im still riding my high from swimming in Mexico this fall. Happy to wait for my dream tail.
I figure my mersona has always been very siren-ish and maybe more than a little dangerous. My hair is black, I have very light blue eyes, and I always have extremely long stiletto nails and very pale skin. My new tail will accentuate my features and be very otherworldly, and a little alien. I plan on doing makeup to compliment that.
My old tail was a very pretty blue green (it was supposed to be emerald green when I ordered it but...yeah...you know) but my new tail is a horse of a different color...or would that be a Kelpie of a different color? Anyways, I want a name that to kids sounds pretty and exotic but might make other people take a second look. I don't anticipate on working with kids hardly at all so it's not a concern, but all mermaids come into contact with them at one point or another.
I have a list I was putting together of some of my top names.
Mermaid Onyx
Mermaid Thorn
Mermaid Dejah
Mermaid Reaver
Mermaid Kerrigan
Mermaid Ursula
Mermaid Corrin
Mermaid Harissa
Mermaid Saga
Any favorites in there? Any mermaids who already have those names taken? Anything you would recommend for a very adult mer??
