Mitten Mermaid

Hey all!
So I want to introduce myself a Mermaid Sadie. I am a full-time college student living in West Michigan. For as long as I can remember I have always loved mermaids and always growing up near water I used to tie my ankles together and pretend I was a mermaid (oh those were the days!) as I got older I eventually found my way back into loving mermaids. As I finally got a smartphone at the age of 18 and a laptop at 19 I started researching about mermaids. I saw the cool pictures, seashells, different types of tails all sorts of things. In the month of September this past year I debated on getting a tail or not (after many of my friends and family discouraged me) I decided to get one. With .56 cents left in my bank account I literally sat on my couch and cried hoping I made the right decision. My tail came in the mail a couple weeks later just before we were going to close our pool. I got in my tail and I was so excited! My parents were so disappointed and shocked that I actually got one. After many days of trying to teach myself to swim and throwing seashells to the bottom of the pool I got very discouraged. I thought I had made a huge mistake. After throwing myself a little pity party that lasted approximately 5 minutes at that moment I decided I was going to learn how to swim in this tail. I was determined now and nobody could stop me. Fast forward until now and I have created my own business and have help 2 mermaid themed parties. From business cards to the website all the way to creating fun games with children I believe I have found my calling: To bring happiness and joy to the world. I plan on learning lots and I hope to form everlasting relationships here. Thank you all so much for taking the time to read this and I hope life is treating you better than you deserve. Have a wonderful day.
