I just found a French tailmaker on Esty that I had not seen before. I believe she is a new tailmaker as her page was put up sometime this month.

From my understanding, she sells partial and full silicone tails. They are affordable, but with very little customization.
Has anyone heard of her or bought one of her tails?

Her tails look nice, but I've never heard of her (or him). Hmmmm

It looks like she's in the "up and coming tail makers" section of the list of tail makers. Her Facebook is under the same name as the Etsy you linked. Her store name on Mernetwork is just different.
Her work does look pretty but an acrylic monofin will break. I think a mer here on the forum got a tail from her and that's what happened.

Ah, it seems you're right. Isn't she the one who's making tails with tin-cured silicone?

I'm not positive enough to personally confirm that but the tail maker section is accurate as far as I know so I'm assuming it's true. It's a shame because her work is genuinely pretty.

Sigh... it really is. Her tails are quite lovely. But safety comes first. Is she aware that her tails could be health hazardous? I'm a little worried for her if she makes and wears them frequently.

Here's one of the threads that goes more into it. Overall it's a dead thread but it's where I learned about her.

Oh man, what a mess... Perhaps opening this Etsy store is something of an attempt to rebrand herself or separate herself from this whole debacle? Either way, I can't say I'm much interested in purchasing one of her products any time soon.

It's entirely possible. There have been good experienceselection with a few mers but I've mainly seen bad.
