Hi! I'm Greg, a guy in Northern VA who can't talk about his job and wouldn't want to bore you anyway. I read about this and it struck a deep chord within me. Would really like to know more about merlife; I've been a swimmer since early childhood and was always drawn to swimming under water with just the kind of body motion a tail would encourage. I don't have a tail, but will be looking for one.

Saaaame! Before I started mermaiding I would train for lifeguard stuff doing lane swimming and other drills but now whenever I have to do 'human swimming' for work I find myself missing my fins!

Good news! My Monofin arrived Monday night!

Bad news! It is WAY too small for my feet. I specifically ordered Adult - Large, and I got a kids' size.

Worse news! After having me submit a photo for proof, the company is offering me a 50% refund. They better not expect me to pay to ship it back to them as well.

Does your receipt specifically says a large? Was there any connection via email or phone call that they said they didn't didn't have the correct size? If the first answer is Yes and the 2nd answer is No, then you demand full refund. If they still refuse, take your records and report them for failure to send advertised product.

Good news - they contacted me this morning. 50% refund WITHOUT returning. I'll pass the fin on to a child.
