Hi! My name is Sophia. I'm 14, I swim, I'm currently waiting to get a job so I can finally buy a tail! I've been wanting a tail for quite a while but it's not legal for me to get a job until I'm 15. I have about three weeks until my birthday and then I'm getting my job, and consequently, my tail. I'm a model and an actress at the moment, as well as a competitive swimmer and a avid nordic/downhill skiier! I like to surf and the beaches of Oahu are my favorite places in the world. I'm excited to join the MerNetwork community and hope to get some good advice for my tail and my adventures as a mermaid(:

You act? Sweet. I like acting too, although the best I can boast of acting in is a couple school/church plays. :P What kind of stuff do you act in? Plays, commericals, etc.? I considered becoming a model to get a step closer to acting (I'm 5' 8" + and 135 lbs, so it could work; one person asked me if I was going to be a model, lol). Anyhoo. :) Nice to see another younger mer around! I'm 18 (I'll be 19 in June) but my personality + maturity leave me a bit ont he younger side. I'm self-certified crazy, too. :P

Nice to meet you as well(: and I swim for my high school, i used to swim for a club but i got bullied there, so why would I do something that wasn't fun, right? Well, anyways, I am a distance freestyler. I swim the 500 free, and I'm the fastest distance swimmer on my team!
