Hi there, my name is Skye. I'm new to the mermaiding community, and pretty solo in my endeavors so far. I'm looking to finally get a silicone tail done soon, and hopefully find some new friends and reccomendations here!

To answer two of you, im from north Houston, just outside of Katy, and I'm actually not sure whether to make or commission yet. I'm not fully confident in my art skills with as daunting of a task as it is but it looks so darn fun.

Have you tried swimming in a monofin or a fabric tail before?

Yes actually! I have a suntail monofin and two fabric tails. I'm actually at the point where i don't like swimming without them lol
