It says it'll work on glow in the dark fish lures and those go underwater...to answer about the cracking, I wouldn't know.

I'm going to work of Izzy idea with the lures and say why not string the glow in the dark fishing strings into the tail to give it a skeletal effect?

If you can't find the glow in the dark fabric paint, you can get fabric medium from joanns. It's with the acrylic paints and you just mix it with the paint you want to use. That's how I painted my first bra to get it the right color of green.

I used glow in the dark tulip puffy paint on my tail and it worked pretty well so i second everyone saying get glow int he dark fabric paint or regular glow paint with fabric medium. I hope all your glowing dreams come true!

Here's whatcha gotta do!
Pearl X sells glow in the dark pigments- mix this with part b silicone and mix with part a (a very small amount since you are just doing some lines and dots)
Silicone only sticks to silicone so that's how you paint silicone my dear!
Ps- You can mix this mixture with Naphtha if you want to air brush it. They sell very small airbrushes for fine detailing work- just be sure to rinse the air gun with pure Naphtha every 5 mins by running the Naphtha through.

I think she is talking about a fabric tail though - not a silicone one. ;)

For a fabric tail you can try to get your hands on glow I the dark fabric paint, the brand marabu sells them. Or you can try to mix the pigment with fabric glue and make paint that way.
Test both methods first on scrap.
If you're lucky you might be able to find glow in the dark fabric to sew on. I haven't seen it, but I can't imagine that it isn't out there somewhere.
Good luck with you journey
