Where would I be able to find performers insurance? Also, how much would be the general amount to pay for 2 mermaids?

you probably want something better than performers insurance, it doesn't work quite the same way for merfolk. I would get limited liability insurance, and you can ask several insurance agencies for free quotes. I pay 200/month for a team of 9 people and 5 mermaid tails, and I'm insured up to 3 million dollars. it would be much lower for only 2 mermaids and 2 tails I imagine.
