Snakeskin Top?

Okay, so a bit of background I guess--- I'm working at a local Renaissance Faire this year. I already have my tail for the event(fabric) and my tail looks more like snakeskin, which I love. Well I found some amazing snake skin fabric(doesn't match my tail, but oh well) and bought some to make into a top. However, I have absolutely no clue what to go with as far as a design for the top. Any of you mers have more snake-y qualities and have any tips on what would make a good top idea? My original idea was to go with a crop top and maybe add some netting with it...

Snake curves around your body and covers boobies then curling up over your shoulders?

Perhaps a crop top that comes to a point at one hip, and has one shoulder strap on the opposite side, and netting for the other strap? Could be fun :)

I would go a little caveman with it. Like scrappy and edgy, like you hunted the snake yourself lol

That's actually really close to what I originally planned xD It just seems like the perfect fit cause it would still cover up good enough and I wouldn't be showing too much skin. Thank you for your reply :)

Thank you all so very much for the responses :) they all work well together and can be meshed together in what I hope to be a very awesome top! Now I just got to try and sketch this idea and get going :D

Oh most definitely! I've got the materials to get it started and should hopefully be starting it this weekend. Right now I'm working on my land wear.
