Adding a mermaid/photographer

Hey everyone. So my boyfriend and I want to add another mermaid and a photographer to our business. I was just wondering since we have such a new business (opened in October 2016) how would the costs work out? Meaning we have made profit but adding another mermaid/photographer would mean more costs for us. The people we are talking with are motivated and are willing to help out with some of the costs. Should we wait a little bit or dive in and see where it goes?:)
