How To Promote Your Etsy Shop

I want to kow how to promote my etsy business. I know mny mers use the forum, blogs, FB..etc
I have done all three, but busines is still kind of slow...Ideas? Suggestions? Personal Experince? Tips?

On Facebook, join the two mermaid related groups, "Merfolk" (my group, ask to be added) and "mermaids are the best :D". I have had good luck using these Facebook groups to get the word out about my blog.

you could post small flyers with the shops name on it around little places in town like a taco shack or something. it could get some publicity, not sure just how much though...
