Full silicone Tail Finished and posted but now customs issues?

Hi everyone, My full silicone tail is complete and has been sent off... it arrived in melbourne 2 days ago and I just found a notice on the tracking website from USPS saying it has been taken to customs and is being held there.... I've checked customs prohibitions etc and cannot find any reason as to why they would place it there. Anyway, considering that most Australian mers with silicones have to go through customs... I need some info on the process? Im not sure if others from other countries have this problem when ordering from the USA, but please let me know if you have? I'm wondering if I was meant to have a customs form attached to the packaging? Anyway, theyre probably going to sting me an extra grand now to get it out. :cry:

Don't worry they're not keeping it for any prohibition reason, I know they can hold it for one or two weeks I don't remeber exactly.
Anyway don't worry you're going to get your tail sooner or later :)
There is the possibility that you'll have to pay a fee when they'll take the tail to your home but it depends on your country law

Australia sometimes has a hard time importing mermaid tails. They often was a MSDS sheet with it which I believe Finfolk do send. It's normal for Autralian customs to hold it for a bit, don't worry
