yup been working as a mermaid first with an appliance that gave me a lisp, and then braces hahaha finally gone!

I have never had braces but after I got my wisdom teeth removed the first 'real' meal I got to have once I had healed enough tasted soooo good.

Aww congrats and enjoooy :)

But make sure to wear that "after-brace" if u got one to wear at night or just home to maintain the result.
My teeths, now after 10 years its been removed, slowly moving back snuggling together (even tough wishdom teeth removed, but jeah, small jaws..) - and I had for 5 freaking years.. during highschool -.-gahh annoying

yeah i got some retainers I am wearing right now annoying as all hell hahaha but soon they will switch me to a night time only retainer :) they did put permanent wires BEHIND my teeth. we really wanna make sure they stay!

Congrats on getting your braces off! They can be so annoying, I was so happy when I got mine off (after 9 years) and got retainers (still kind of annoying), then got switched to night only, no wire though. I still have to wear them at night and will for a while (possibly life). Not recommending it but don't worry if you forget to put them in for a night...or two, the movement of your teeth is very slow so they won't shift after only two days, especially with the wires. Congrats again!

Congrats!! I've had braces for 7 years :D They only got a night retainer but refused to wear them (long story short I've been in an accident lost my 2 front teeth and now since then my gum is easily irritated so that's why haha) :p They glued those wires behind my teeth aswell. They got me a custom night retainer (of course they are all custom made but this one was for my gum and let's say "fake" teeth)

Woo hoo! It's amazing to see the difference in your before and after.

I also have the permanent wire retainer on my bottom teeth. I used to have one on my top two teeth, but it kept popping off. I eventually just gave up on it and had my dentist remove the extra glue. I don't miss that one at all- so hard to floss around!

Congrats on getting them off! It must be awesome, to be able to eat stuff like apples or steak again. Bordering on 4 years here, hopefully I get them off soon also!
