Trying to get funds for underwater camera

Hi all. I'm looking forward to start diving this summer and I would love to have action camera for underwater filming. I also have 1 year old parrot and no camera to take good pictures of him. I'm 22 years old girl and retired because of severe depression so I don't really have money I could spend :/ I really hope someone could atleast spread word. EDIT: I found pretty good and lot cheaper alternative for around 100€ but still can't afford it so I need help. Here is my gofundme link:

GoPros are expensive, but there lots of cheaper underwater cameras that would do the trick for you. I've seen them for 50€.
