Repairing fabric on Finfun monofin?

I've had a FF monofin for 2+ years now.

The neoprene sleeve is wearing out, with holes/tears appearing in the area near the footholes.

Also, the same fatigue is causing the footholes to loosen, meaning my feel slip out.


What's the recommended repair?

I'm gonna boost this for you while I try to look it up. There are a lot of mers here who should know.
I think pictures would help so people can see the damage. Is it possible to patch it?

Do you have the original grey fin, or the new one? You may just want to buy a new fin cover from FF
