this mermaid only shows up in one episode but it's really good. and the whole show is worth watching. the manga is also really good.

this is an entire series and the mermaids are really creepy but somehow, they have an allure to them.the story is about this boy who eats the flesh of a mermaid and gains immortality and now he's roaming all around japan looking for a mermaid to reverse this and he runs into a lot of mermaids more interested in eating or killing him or his traveling companion who also ate the flesh of a mermaid.

and i think that everyone has probably heard of mermaid melody pitchi pitchi pitch. its a mahou shoujo series (magical girl) about a group of mermaids who like in h2o have to avoid touching water or they turn into mermaids and they are fighting evil doers in the ocean who are trying to take over the mermaid kingdoms.
