We recently did a story for an alternative lifestyle show (not just a news flash, an actual feature story :D when it airs we'll be on tv for like ten minutes) and afterwards we took some happy snaps before making our MerNetwork challenge video!

It's called Maha's Alternative Reality, unfortunately the channel is only available here in Melbourne, but they put their full shows on Youtube a couple of days after the airing, so I'll post a link here when it's up!
We're super excited cos it's on TONIGHT! So hopefully it won't be too long before we can post the video :D

It didn't air last night unfortunately, they had to show a repeat of last week's show, but we're told it'll be on next week! We were planning to watch it together, but we couldn't yesterday as Nerissa was house sitting, I have the sniffles and Aradia's human (my ex human, hilariously [we're all good]) has just had his appendix out. So it just wasn't destined to be this time around :P

It looks like they're uploading the episodes to youtube in the order they were supposed to be shown in on tv... but weren't, I think we're episode 9, but they just uploaded episode 8 (things got a bit messed up in broadcasting because one story in episode 7 ended up in two parts). So hopefully it'll be on YT SOON.

We had some fun in a 4m dive pool last week! This is my favourite of the resulting videos. Mermaiding in winter can totally happen! :)

We were also on ABC Radio National in The Perfect Man and the Mermaids, a show about strongman Eugene Sandow, us and the first professional mermaid, ANNETTE KELLERMAN!! Which is especially exciting since she used to swim at the exact same place at the beach that we do!! Those familiar with our photos might recognise a broken pier and a big rock, I wonder if there are photos somewhere of Annette Kellerman at those places :P
