Alright California merfolk pod! What say you to a get-to-know-you beach day next Wednesday-EDIT: can't do this day anymore it's going to have to be after the 13th-? (Short notice I know!) I want to meet you! I know quite a few of you but I would really like to have a beach day where we get to meet new people, potluck it up, and take some pretty fish pictures! I'm flexible on location. somewhere between Venice and La Jolla would be good! Who's down and where is convenient for you?

I did get my tail! I may have some business to attend to down in Orange, MIGHT be able to show up - am newbie not use to swimming in monofin just yet - is this more of a 'glisten & display' sort of thing?

I hope you can make it and it definitely can be! I'm not super fond of ocean swimming in my tail, it's not really built for it. So I don't think I'll be getting in. If people wanna swim they can, but I'm good chillin' on the sand. Also I realized I can't make the event page public, but add me on fb (wesley eyre) and shoot me a message and I'll invite anyone :)

Take lots of pictures! I've got a prior olbigations for an upcoming event or I would be willing to pack my fins in the car and get my tail down to you all.

Hello Hello,
I'm new to the group as of (oh about 2 hours ago lol) My first tail is on it's way but doubt it will be here by the 15th but would still love to meet anyone else that can make it on the 15th. Have you decided on a location yet?
