Hi everyone!
After ghosting around the site for a few days, I just had to make a profile. This is an amazing place with some fantastic resources.
I'm 29, female, and live in the south suburbs of Chicago. I have been in love with everything about mermaids since I was very young and was thrilled when I saw that mermaid tails had become something anyone could own, not an item that could only be created by special effects companies.
I am very crafty and am interested in one day making my own tail. For now, I don't have one, and I am doing a lot of research on the best kind for beginners, swimming in them, etc.
I would love to make some mer friends, whether local or not.
