Hi there! I've recently found 2 mermaid tail companies based in indonesia that make gorgeous fabric tails, Mermaid Inc. ( https://hellomermaidinc.com ) and Putri Duyung/G-Leta ( https://www.instagram.com/putri_duyung_mermaidtail/ ) ( https://www.instagram.com/gleta_mermaid_putriduyung/ ). However, I have only seen one person in the states with a Mermaid Inc. tail and no one with a G-Leta tail. Mermaid Inc. has a professional looking website so I'm not too concerned about them but they're prices (+shipping) are incredibly high. The newer G-Leta tails with the mahina fin and extra side/dorsal fin are so pretty and almost exactly what I'm looking for but they only have an Instagram and I don't understand their instructions for ordering that they have listed there.
If anyone has ordered from either of the companies or has any thoughts (prices, customer service, etc.) please let me know. These are gorgeous tails and I would love to have one!

Youtube channel by the company I think. Or maybe an Indonesian merpod with tails from the same company?

Gleta shop. Not sure about the sizes though.
Try a search, "baju duyung" meaning clothes mermaid, without the ""

I follow G-Leta on instagram and have been considering contacting them for a review. Their tails look pretty decent (some are somewhat knockoffs of other designs) but some of the better tails made in Asia. Although they seem to not fit very well on many of the models and mermaids in their pictures.

I just got my tail from Mermaid Inc!

It was quite a fast turnaround time even though the website mentioned they are only available on preorder. I ordered it at the end of August and got it on 15 September.
Hopefully I can do a review soon.

I have some videos of swimming in my Mermaid Inc tail (together with Mahina monofin). Good if you'd like to see how it flows underwater.

The tail is pretty good quality, made of scuba knit fabric (not neoprene). It's got a hidden zip on the side for the merfin. Only thing I'm disappointed so far is that it's made of a dark fabric, and I kept standing on the tail, so the bottom has that white scuff marks, similar to what happens to a diving suit. So have to be a bit careful with that. But there's been no rips, tears or any of that sort.

Looks interesting, @UnicornMermaid! Good to hear of an option without the astronomical shipping costs :)

I'm curious about these since other makers that can fit the Mahina are either questionable right now or have some other issue I don't like. They do seem a little pricey, altho being in Indonesia doesn't bother me. Their cheapest Mahina compatible tail is their sequin tail...so instead of making a new topic I want to resurrect this one and see if anyone's gotten one and can share vid or pix?
