so I've been trying to find info about screen printing on fabric printing and how it's done with mermaid tails but I'm coming up short.
Every time I type in fabric printing or printing machine I don't get any real info I'm looking for. it frustrating.
Does any one have any idea how companies like Mertailor, Finfun, swim tails and so many others are doing it?
any help, suggestion, and ideas would be greatly appreciated

If your really picky you could make multiple screens that get smaller.

There are companies that specialize in screen printing. You could try going through Spoonflower. You upload the design to their website and can have it printed on a variety of different types of fabric. Then you would just need to make a patrern, cut, and sew together.

I've spoken with her recently and she was a huge help and very forthcoming with information
my intention is to draw up a basic tail design have someone redraw it digitally A(since I have no idea how to even go about doing that)
then have the finished design printed out so I can cut it out, sew it together and test it in the water.
