Monterey/Pacific Grove Mers?

Hi all!
My husband, babies (fur, feathers, and human), and I will be moving to the Monterey/Pacific Grove area in the spring. I was wondering if there are any Mers in that area or near by? Would love to make swimming friends beforehand.

Monterey is an amazing place. I love freediving around CG pier! I try to make it to Monterey every year! All the places in the world and it might be my favorite place to dive.

Just now caught this thread. I'm in Morro Bay, and it's not THAT long a drive to Monterey... Especially once PCH opens up again... If an all-day or multi-day, cool beans, justifies travel costs... LOL

I'm in Gilroy, so less than an hour away from Monterey. I know a few mers in the area who aren't on the website as well!
