Hello everyone!
I've been holding off my silicone tail project for months because we went through a bit of a financial collapse and I just didn't have the money to finish my project. I'm really hoping to get my project done these upcoming holidays so I've been wondering what is a good, affordable monofin to use in a silicone tail. I'm not looking for monofins like the FinFun or the Wave (feet are too wide). I'm currently deciding between the Foil or the LeaderFins sport as the cheapest options I have. Do you guys have any other suggestions for a quality affordable monofin?. I want to try not to spend too much money on a monofin since everything is so dang expensive in Australia. If you guys have any recommendations, I'd love to hear :)

A lot of people use the FINIS Foil, Wave, or Rapid.

It depends what look you are going for. If you want floppy and flowy then definitely the Foil or Rapid (assumimg your feet aren't too wide for that one too). If you want more propulsion then I would suggest the FINIS Trainer or Shooter. The leaderfins one will give you the most propulsion but its very bulky and doesn't make for practical pool swimming or easy transport.

Thanks everyone for their suggestions! I just got paid $60 for looking after a family friend's cat, so hopefully I can get my materials soon!
