Zipper in full silicone tails!?!?

Hi guys how do you incorporate a zipper in a full silicone tail? I have saw it done on a full silicone tail but unsure if the technique used to do this??

it would have been sewn onto the fabric/neoprene base then ;)

Not a hybrid, it's in a full silicone tail. And it's hard to do. That's why I asked ☹☹

even a full silicone tail has a fabric base, most of the time it's powermesh ;)

could you put a layer of silicone on the fabric part of the zipper (where you would sew it), then attach that to the tail itself? after you have cut down through it? Not sure if that made sense lol

The idea isn't impossible, but it would just be a bit complicated.
