Hydra in a Silicone Tail?

Has anyone put a hydra monofin in a silicone tail? If so, how did you like it? What are the pros and cons?

I have a Triton (kidsize Hydra) in my tail (silicone one I and my family tails) and I love it.

Awesome! I had bought a rapid for my silicone tail that I am making, and all the negative reviews are true :( The straps keep getting loose as I swim and it is stiff. I should've waited to find the right monofin. I guess I am going to buy a hydra next pay period

My first monofin was a Wave (kidsize of the Rapid) and the straps of that one also kept slipping while swimming and you can see all those lines thought the fabric :(
